Rick Harkins has been a property and casualty insurance agent since 1993 and has been with Fidelity Associates since 1996. Rick is very proud of the relationships he has developed with his clients over the years and he works tirelessly to ensure their insurance needs are met. He has attained the Accredited Advisor of Insurance (AAI) designation. Rick is a 1985 graduate of Holy Cross College in Worcester, MA. Prior to his insurance career he was an active duty officer in the United States Air Force. He is currently a squadron commander in the Washington Air National Guard and has recently returned from an extended deployment in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
