Deanna Blair was born and raised in the Spokane area. She began her insurance career in 1983 working for a local independent agency. During her years in the insurance business, she has completed numerous industry and company sponsored educational courses including the Insurance Institute of America’s (IIA) Certification in General Insurance. She has worked at Fidelity Associates since 1985 as a risk management specialist in both business and personal insurance.
