Employee Recognition

Steve is an employee benefits consultant with over 30 years of experience in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana. He has worked with clients in both the public and private sectors, as well as on the carrier and brokerage sides of the business. He worked with Marsh/Mercer Consulting for 16 years in Spokane and has also worked previously with Blue Cross of WA/AK and Group Health. His wife Ellen is a popular local artist and they have two grown children; one daughter, a Spokane school teacher and a son who is an Army helicopter pilot with tours of duty in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Scott Jones is President and CEO of Fidelity. He has been part of Fidelity since 1980. Building relationships has been one of the centerpieces of Scott business success. Scott loves working with the wonderful support team at Fidelity and his many clients.

He is also very involved as a community volunteer. Just a few of his current projects include the Inland Northwest Blood Center Epicurean Delight, Spokane Hoopfest, and the Spokane School District Levy and Bond Leadership Team. Scott's involvement in the community is one of his ways of giving something back.

Dave Jones is the Chief Operating Officer for Fidelity Associates Financial Services. FAFS has served our clients in employee benefits for 25 years. Dave brings 25 years of extensive insurance experience, specializing in Executive Benefits, Retirement Planning, and Individual Financial Services Products. Dave credits his joy and success to God, who has blessed him with a terrific wife and family; he is enjoying each of them, including a new and first grandchild. His motto is 'We should all soar with the eagles.'

Rick Harkins has been an Account Executive with Fidelity Associates for 12 years. Rick is a 1985 graduate of Holy Cross College in Worcester, MA. After graduation, he served as a second lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force for nearly eight years, with assignments in Europe and the U.S.

After a break in service, Rick joined the Washington Air National Guard in 1997. He is currently deployed overseas in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, thanks to Fidelity Associates' active participation in the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve program. Rick has been married to his wife Brigitte since 1990, and they have a daughter Casey and son C.J. Rick's hobbies include alpine skiing, camping, and travel, and he is a fan of the Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots.

Lesley joined the insurance industry in 1988 as a representative of a regional Blue Shield, gaining experience in every department of claims processing and adjudication including medical director review, utilization management and new employee training. In 1999 she became a licensed agent of life and health products with Marsh Advantage America, specializing in employee benefit plan management and becoming an executive for the Small Business Unit of the Spokane office, managing and serving over 200 clients. Lesley managed her own insurance consulting practice for several years prior to joining Fidelity Associates Financial Services as an Employee Benefit Account Executive in July 2005.

Lesley has received the Sales Person of the Year Award for 2007. This award is given based on the growth of her client portfolio over the previous year.

Tamahine Lenz has been with Fidelity Associates in the Employee Benefits department for almost 5 years. She appreciates working in the "family" atmosphere at Fidelity, and is very proud to have received this recognition from her peers.

Tamahine is very involved in activities through her church. She is a native of Spokane and comes from a large family - with 10 nieces and 3 nephews, who she proudly showcases in her office "picture gallery".
