Deanna Blair was born and raised in the Spokane area. She began her insurance career in 1983 working for a local independent agency. She has taken several industry and company sponsored educational courses, including completion of her IIA designation. For the past 25 years she has worked at Fidelity Associates as a risk management specialist in personal lines insurance including auto, home, and life.

Steve is an employee benefits consultant with over 30 years of experience in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana. He has worked with clients in both the public and private sectors, as well as on the carrier and brokerage sides of the business. He worked with Marsh/Mercer Consulting for 16 years in Spokane and has also worked previously with Blue Cross of WA/AK and Group Health. His wife Ellen is a popular local artist and they have two grown children; one daughter, a Spokane school teacher and a son who is an Army helicopter pilot with tours of duty in Afghanistan and Iraq.
